To help facilitate a smooth transition, Real Lynx provides eight hours of on-site support and implementation to every title agency that purchases its product. And after the initial implementation period, each title agency will have access to unlimited phone and e-mail support. Additional on-site support and training are available for purchase on a case-by-case basis.
